Motivation : Quite often we already irrespective of physical ability find ourselves becoming less enthusiastic with our training. This can be due to boredom, doing the same workouts, never really progressing but staying at that ‘plateau’ of fitness. As a personal trainer I will bring variety to your training, as sense of purpose, a clarity to the exercise you are undertaking. It also gives you an accountability, a reason to improve before the next session we have.
Results : Everybody wants result’s but so many of us do not succeed. How many people have a gym membership but only see the direct debit going out every month with nothing to show for it, often the direct debit keeps going but you do not! The reason for this is people want to see results but how many times are you explained to about what can be achieved and when and how? Whether you pay £20 a month or £80 a month for a gym membership they cannot give you the individual attention that is required for you to succeed on a long term basis, too few staff to many members. As a personal trainer it is your results that count, your success is my success and so it grows.
Specific : Each training session, each program give to you is individual based on your needs, personal circumstances, lifestyle and physical attributes. Each plan is designed with future progression and results in mind not a global fix it plan for all.
Knowledge : I am a fully qualified personal trainer who has had real experience and results within the industry, I have worked with people on a one to one basis and also in group situations. This is not my second job, this is not an ego trip, through previous years of experience in the private and public sector I have reaslised to reach a client’s true potential that personal training is the best solution.
Nutrition : It has been proven that results do not happen just through exercise but as importantly through what happens when you don’t exercise. There is no more important part of your success than nutrition, be it to lose weight or gain muscle.
Support : As my client you are important to me not just for the 1 hour session training but for every minute you are my client. I will give you a point of contact to give where possible 24/7 support network for you. Whether this be for advice on diet, exercise or to talk things through when you journey isn’t going as smoothly.
